Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Graze are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped after Friday 3:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or during public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If your order is expected to be delayed, our team will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Locations

Graze currently ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and Canada nationwide.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after the shipment has been processed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Graze is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to international shipments. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Graze is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We attempt to verify all shipping addresses during checkout to ensure accuracy. If an address cannot be verified, we may contact you to request a corrected address.

If we are unable to confirm the correct address, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Graze is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process may take up to 21 days to complete. Once the investigation is finished, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
